Thank you for this.

At least one federal case has asked the courts to rule on the Myriad case precedent on patent law (35 USC 101) as it relates to mRNA injections, with respect to the 13th Amendment prohibiting slavery.

The DOD didn’t address the issue in its replies to the plaintiff, and as far as I know the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals hasn’t ruled on the case yet. It’s Robert v. Austin, filed by Attorney Todd Callender and his team.

https://bailiwicknews.substack.com/p/strategies-for-drawing-out-judicial

Callender has been raising the alarm about Myriad, the shots, and chattel ownership of humans by patent holders (which include the corporations but also the US government) for awhile.

Also noteworthy: In 2011, Congress tried to prohibit issuing of patents “directed to or encompassing a human organism,” through the 2011 Act to Amend Title 35, United States Code, to Provide for Patent Reform at Section 33.

At some point, in some of these cases, there will be a direct conflict between the Myriad ruling (that organisms with synthetic DNA are the property of the patent-holder) and the 2011 federal law making a carve-out for patents “directed to or encompassing a human organism.”

This is horrendous! I knew this when I first saw the patents! People are really idiots! How they don't research some brand new experimental technologies, is beyond me!

I completely remember when the 🐭army discussed this possibility back in January, cause it blew my mind! but it totally make sense, like it totally makes sense your conclusion/prediction. Nothing surprises me anymore... Unfortunately

This is a very good pick up. I remember reading a patent case early in the cvd crisis when mRNA was being discussed and the idea of recipients of the vaccine becoming the intellectual property of the patent holder. I'll need to search for the article.

Great article as always. Speechless. God help us.

This is all happening quite quickly now. In fact, the Monsanto (now Bayer) case really hasn't been explored at the proper level in popular culture for the masses to truly understand how this is now affecting everyone. Unless we find a way to better inform the normies, these mRNA jabs are going to entering every vaccine- they are already discussing the flu jab, for instance. Percy v Goliath is an excellent parallel, but reach others, we may need to use Idiocracy and tell them to stop injecting Brawndo into themselves or the company will own them.

Wow! Holy fuck! This is simultaneously one of the best and absolute worst articles I’ve ever read. I have felt as though I’ve been trapped inside a sci-fi novel since March 2020, this feels like the breakneck plot twist that smack you in the mouth

Okay, regarding the poll, who are the 6% [so far] morons who are okay with this???????

Heritable poison. Ain't mandates grand.

The etymology of the word seminal is seme which is latin for seed. BigPharma is continuing to disseminate their potshuman inheritable spike protein seeds of evil.

Similar problems to this have come up in previous cases.

1. One is a gene which causes breast cancer, which had been patented. The women who have been born with this gene had to fight for the breast cancer treatment and their bodily autonomy.

2 Danish pigs have a gene that causes them to have less body fat. This gene was also patented and the company who owns the patent wanted a royalty for each piglet born in Denmark. This was fought out in the courts by the Danish farmers, I can't remember the outcome but I think the royalty was denied and it limited where Danish bacon could be sold.

Moderna, won't take anyone's kids but they may try to prevent them giving blood for tests and transfusions.

I see a short period of time in the future where we can have, instead of gender reveal parties, owner reveal parties, where you will not ask "Boy or girl?" but "Pfizer or Moderna?".

I saw a couple of comments speculating about this being shared on FB by the fringest of fringe paranoid conspiracy theorists - or that was how it seemed at the time.

I guess just another example of how far we have come in the past 2 years...

That Monsanto case in Canada - there was a similar one in SW Western Australia. (I can't remember the name or details, except it was a farmer of an organic farm which got contaminated, and he sued for damages, and in turn got sued for breach of patent or whatever - and a similar no-win outcome.)

I suspect that cases like that are going to become more common too. After all, "You will own nothing..."

Would this include getting the vaccine prior to conception?

Percy was the poster child of the early fight against Monsanto and full extent of the battle worth hearing in his own words. GMWatch has a 2011 documentary series well worth watching.

Fun side note most folks don't know or forget Monsanto & Pfizer were merged or carcinogen aspartame was part of the product line or Donald Rumsfeld's role in aspartame referred to as Rummy's bioweapon... essential toxic history to frame today's captive system.

Rumsfeld

https://web.archive.org/web/20060111130600/https://rense.com/general67/rum.htm

"Among the many ironies of our modern world is that Gerald Ford awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom-America,s highest civilian honor-to Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld on January 19, 1977. Just a few weeks later on March 8, Rumsfeld became the CEO of G.D. Searle to take point on a mission to force the Food and Drug Administration to approve for human consumption a known carcinogen and neurotoxic poison."

PfizerMerger

https://web.archive.org/web/20130820091420/https://www.pfizer.com/about/history/pfizer_pharmacia

"Likewise, Searle discovered and introduced aspartame, a hugely successful sugar substitute. The Searle and Hereth Co. was incorporated in 1908 as G.D. Searle and Co. in Chicago, and in 1985, became the pharmaceutical unit of Monsanto.

In 1995, Pharmacia & Upjohn was formed through the merger of Pharmacia AB and The Upjohn Company. Pharmacia & Upjohn became a global provider of human health care products, animal health products, diagnostics and specialty products. In 1998, Pharmacia & Upjohn relocated its global headquarters from the United Kingdom to the United States.

In April 2000, Pharmacia & Upjohn completed a merger with Monsanto and Searle creating Pharmacia, a dynamic new competitor in the pharmaceutical industry. This top-tier company's innovative medicines and other products saved the lives of many and enhanced health and wellness.

This also explains, why the hell everyone went for an injectable, that would create an immune response mainly through making IgG instead of going for the route through nasal spray which would rest more heavily on IgA and the mucosal membranes, which would make much more sense with a virus like SARS-CoV2. A nasal spray would not make it to the ovaries. Or at least it would be less likely.
