Australia's "Fair Work" Commission has become a tool of the state. Its capture mirrors Nazi Germany and has worldwide implications for fundamental human rights that everybody needs to understand.

Absolutely brilliant article! Thank you so much for shining a spotlight on this very important area of corruption. My husband's FWC case was unsuccessful, but I will NEVER accept that the way he was treated was anything less than egregiously unfair. As a former registered nurse (I surrendered my AHPRA nursing registration as a result of the appallingly unethical pandemic response policies), I remain utterly horrified by the way our governments, health bureaucrats, judiciary, medical regulators, some front-line healthcare workers, and many regular people have behaved over the last few years. Vaccine mandates were never scientifically justified and have grossly violated medical ethics and the human rights of Australians (and many other countrypeople) since their inception. I will fight for the rest of my life to ensure my husband, his former colleagues and all other mandate-related terminated workers receive acknowledgement that the treatment to which they were subjected was categorically wrong, and compensation is forthcoming (not to mention for the thousands, or perhaps millions of people who were coerced into taking these 'vaccines' in order to maintain their livelihoods, some of whom were physically injured as a result). Thank you again for such a fantastic and thoroughly researched piece.
Brilliant as always Ark! The moment I read Commissioner Dean’s dissenting judgement, I thought to myself - yes, finally, someone with a spine and some actual ethics and morals! It was beautifully and succinctly written with water-tight references.
Once it was announced that she would be disciplined and sent for ‘re-education’ I knew we were done and that there would be no justice from the current Australian judicial system, given my wife was set to lose her career as a midwife and I would have to try and find some way around injecting the poison to support our family, it rocked me to the core and sent me to some very dark places.
I hope and pray every single day that justice will eventually be served and these people will rot in hell!

We have the same problem in Canada of a captured and corrupt judiciary who keep finding in favour of the government and vaccine passports and mandates.

Following WWII, they recast the now almost universally-deplored Nazism—the apotheosis of leftist collectivism—as politically “far Right.”
And that fiction enabled them to masquerade actual Fascism under the new label of “Progressivism."
Fascism first and foremost it means interlocking board membership between private companies and the State; and it is achieved in part by rotating officials in and out of these public/private positions, including and especially board seats.

Spot-on, brother. hard to believe everyone in my family meant well when they dealt with the stolen goods (Beute), but they apparently did. My one grandpa at least lied till the last day, keeping his uniform hidden away and pretending to feel regret.
But that feeling of doing the right thing, of being part of something big, it never leaves you. Most people will never turn on something that felt so right.
Just like most of those who got boosted will never admit the only things that were boosted were virus evolution and hedge fond profits.
Same in Canada. Provincial human rights commission judges keep ruling in favour of mandates and enshrine a lie in their written judgements - that the jabs are safe and effective, and therefore extorting employees to take them or get fired is not a violation of human rights, medical ethics or labour laws.

From his early activity with the Hellfire club to his subsequent malevolant scribblings it is apparent that he was an ardent Luciferian. He pushed for the normalization of pederasty (like so many of these Luciferian/freemason/enlightenment demons) and was also the inventor of the panopticon which appears to have inspired many of our covid lockdown policies.
